Salesforce Developer (with CDP Experience)

Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Salesforce CDP (Customer Data Platform) to design, build, and optimize customer data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Salesforce development, integrations, and CDP configuration to enable seamless customer 360° experiences, personalization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and components (Apex, Lightning, LWC, Visualforce)
•Configure and optimize Salesforce CDP (Customer Data Platform) to unify and activate customer data across systems
•Build data models, identity resolution rules, and audience segmentation within CDP
•Develop and integrate APIs, ETL processes, and third-party applications with Salesforce ecosystem
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to define customer journey use cases, personalization strategies, and data-driven campaigns
•Ensure best practices in Salesforce security, performance tuning, and coding standards
•Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to Salesforce applications
•Stay updated with Salesforce releases and CDP capabilities

Skills & Qualifications

•Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, Triggers)
•Proven expertise in Salesforce CDP setup, configuration, and data integration
•Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
•Experience with data management, identity resolution, and audience segmentation
•Knowledge of integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools)
•Familiarity with Salesforce Data Model, CRM Analytics, and reporting
•Salesforce certifications preferred:
•Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
•Salesforce CDP Specialist / Marketing Cloud

Experience

4–8 years of Salesforce development experience

At least 1–2 years of hands-on expertise with Salesforce CDP
