Role summary

We are looking for a Generative AI Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LLMs, NLP, RAG pipelines, and multi-modal AI, along with proven leadership skills to guide high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade GenAI solutions
•Architect and optimize RAG pipelines for production use
•Work with product & business teams to identify AI-driven opportunities
•Leverage cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI)
•Mentor and guide data scientists, ML engineers, and developers
•Drive best practices for scalable, secure, and ethical AI adoption
•Explore and integrate agents, multi-modal AI, and emerging frameworks

Skills & Qualifications

•Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face
•Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.) & fine-tuning
•Hands-on with MLOps / AI Ops frameworks
•Strong understanding of prompt engineering, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
•Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Experience

8–12 years overall, with 3–5 years in AI/ML and GenAI projects

Prior experience leading enterprise-scale AI initiatives
